As a Customer Excellence Professional (m/f/d), you will drive best-in-class customer satisfaction by ensuring intensive customer relationships and communication. You will coordinate integrated service processes from order entry to on-time delivery and order fulfillment, meet service and inventory targets in balance with cost objectives, and support cross-functional projects to continuously improve Customer Excellence and supply chain-related processes and costs.
The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA office in Brescia, Italy.
What you will do




Coordinating integrated service processes from order entry to on-time delivery and order fulfillment.
Monitoring and posting customer orders received via EDI, TecCom and other channels.
Managing the initial set-up of new customers, including processes, master data and special requirements, in close collaboration with Sales and customers.
Acting as main interface to service providers and carriers, including delivery coordination and invoice approval.
Delivery management, ensuring on-time delivery of batteries by analyzing inventories and incoming deliveries and allocating goods to delivery notes.
Organizing labeling activities and work orders.
Monitoring storage performance regarding age, quality, quantity, costs and efficiency.
Planning material requirements and managing packaging and decoration materials in line with purchasing processes.
