Role Overview
Specific Engineering role focusing on hardware development within a multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
Master of Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
Significant experience in hardware development and in your Specific speciality (Acoustics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering & Servo‐mechanism, Hydrodynamics, Inertia, Quantum technologies, Semiconductor technology, X‐Rays, Materials or other Specific technology).
Team player and ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.




Customer‐oriented mindset, clear about organization goals and strategies.
Rigorous, analytical, logical approach to problem solving and improvement.
Competencies
Strong technical background in mathematics, science, and computer science, with a great knowledge of your Specific speciality laws, norms and standards.
Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Perform a subset of all hardware engineering activities applicable to your Specific Engineering speciality.
Analyse and define specific needs using advanced studies, simulations, mock‐ups, models, prototypes, etc.
Formalise the specification and architectural design to develop the hardware solution or product.
Identify critical development problems and assist in their resolution.
Write timely and technically accurate reports of technical find
