We are looking for a
Quality & Safety Manager
to ensure product quality, compliance with customer requirements, and workplace safety within our manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for driving quality excellence, managing quality processes, and promoting a strong safety culture across the plant.
The candidate will organize activities, setting priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration with production and other plant functions to achieve continuous improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System and safety standards
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures,
and applicable regulations
Oversee production quality controls and finished product release processes
Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Lead internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor quality KPIs and promote quality and safety awareness throughout the organization
Perform regular safety walks and support workplace safety improvement actions
Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and contribute to sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Sciences, or a related field
Previous xysqume experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (experience in packaging/folding carton production is considered a plus)
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies
Understanding of safety management systems and sustainability topics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead and develop a team
Good English communication skills are mandatory
