Experteer Overview

In this role you shape data-driven sales strategies for Amplifon’s global retail business. You will develop advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data visualizations to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the sales journey. You’ll collaborate with Marketing/CRM, IT, and Analytics to deliver shared data products and dashboards that influence key decisions. This is a hands‑on, impact-driven position at a global leader in hearing care.

Reporting & Analytics to deliver dashboards and analyses

Responsabilità
- Degree in quantitative fields (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing and Engineering)
- 4-5 years of data science experience in digital, customer or retail data science
- Experience with time series forecasting, optimization and classical ML problems
- Proficiency in xysqume SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit‑learn; TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Working knowledge of code versioning and testing
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced pivot, macros, statistics formulas)
- Nice to have: PowerBI, SSRS, Dataiku, GCP tools
- Fluent in English
- Experience coordinating external resources for model development
