Overview

In this role, you will guide AI-driven products from vision to launch, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet market needs. You will translate customer insights into product specs, oversee development cycles, and use data to optimize features. By working across engineering, design, marketing, and support, you help digitalize healthcare and advance AI solutions. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven environment that values cross-functional collaboration and practical impact.

Responsibilities

- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions with engineering and design
- Translate customer needs into clear product specifications and feature requirements
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and pain points in AI space
- Evaluate AI technologies and platforms to propose integration opportunities
- Serve as liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support
- Communicate updates and roadmaps to stakeholders effectively
- Oversee product testing, collect feedback, and ensure alignment with customer expectations




- Analyze product usage data to inform decisions and optimize features
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on AI products
- Provide ongoing customer support for AI functionalities
- Stay current with AI industry trends and best practices
- Gather post-launch feedback to drive improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or related roles in AI/tech
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine xysqume learning, and data analytics
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development life cycles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with JIRA and Trello; data visualization skills are a plus
