In this strategic leadership role, you will steer the architectural evolution of Generali Real Estate’s technology platforms and lead a high-performing engineering team. You’ll integrate our data lakehouse One Lake and AI-driven capabilities to enable data-driven investment strategies, while championing security, scalability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Data Science, Product Management, and Group IT to shape a modern, regulated engineering culture. This is a chance to transform real estate technology at scale and impact the firm’s digital transformation.

- Architectural design and long-term evolution of technology platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and resilience
- Lead, mentor and manage an engineering team and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within compliance
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product Management and Group IT to implement the technology roadmap for AI-driven solutions,



predictive analytics and automated workflows
- Promote modern engineering practices in a regulated enterprise, drive CI/CD, containerization, API-first design and Infrastructure as Code
- Define and monitor KPIs for platform health and performance, identify and resolve technical debt and security risks

Responsabilità
- 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership xysqume role (Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Lead Architect)
- Proven people management experience and track record of developing data engineering teams
- Exceptional Python proficiency and ability to set coding standards and guide technical decisions
- Hands‑on, proactive builder mindset with commitment to technical excellence and quality
- Experience in data-intensive environments
