Experteer Overview

In this role you will support global collection and interpretation of customer data to generate actionable insights for Regions and Countries. You will help shape marketing strategy and enhance customer engagement through data-driven analysis. You work within a collaborative Global Center of Expertise to align insights with business objectives and support decision-making. This is a chance to influence customer understanding at scale and contribute to innovative CRM initiatives.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Data Collection and Preparation: gather, clean, and integrate customer data from diverse sources (CRM, POS, surveys, AI tools, third parties)
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: apply statistical techniques and data mining to identify customer behaviours and drivers
- Segmentation and Predictive Modeling: build customer profiles and develop predictive models for behavior
- Campaign Analysis,



Monitoring and Optimization: assess CRM campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- AI-driven innovative use-cases: collaborate on CRM AI use cases with hands-on design, evaluation and testing

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2–5 years in a similar analytical role, xysqume preferably in marketing
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts and exposure to generative AI tools
- Experience in customer analysis and stakeholder collaboration is preferred

- Hybrid working policy (remote up to 6 days/month)
