Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the definition and continuous improvement of security and business continuity practices in line with the Euronext programmes. You will safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and data while collaborating with the CTO, Head of IT Governance, and Business CISO. You will implement and maintain ISMS/BCMS, manage information security and IT risk processes, and promote security awareness across the organisation. This position shapes the security and resilience posture of a mission-critical tech environment within Euronext Group.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Design, maintain and oversee security controls and processes per Euronext Security Programme
- Maintain ISMS documentation and ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and NIST
- Oversee Information Security Risk Management and ensure integration with enterprise risk framework
- Promote information security education and awareness
- Oversee vulnerability management and remediation
- Support compliance with Italian cyber resilience and cybersecurity regulations




- Design and oversee BCMS documentation and ISO 22301 alignment
- Coordinate periodic business continuity tests and exercises
- Manage IT risk reviews and KRIs; coordinate mitigating actions
- Represent MTS in CODISE and align with national supervisory expectations

Responsabilità
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and information security best practices
- Experience with governance, risk and xysqume compliance (GRC) principles in business continuity and resilience
- Fluent English and Italian
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to act decisively under pressure
- Experience in financial services security and cyber risk
- Familiarity with security controls, metrics and processes for information security risks
- Experience with security technologies and solutions (advantage)
- Nice to have IT audit experience
