Join Our Team as a Welding Inspector at Intertek, where we focus on ensuring safety and quality in every weld. We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Welding Inspector to join our dynamic team for significant construction projects, including bridge weld inspections.

What You'll Do

- Conduct thorough visual inspections of welding work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

- Engage with project teams, providing guidance and solutions to welding‑related challenges.

- Document findings in comprehensive reports, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.

- Collaborate on continuous improvement processes to enhance quality assurance in our welding practices.

- Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying defects or non‑conformities during inspections.

- Champion safety, ensuring all activities in the inspection process adhere to strict safety protocols.

Requirements

-

- CSWIP 3.2 certification – mandatory.

- 10 years’ experience as a client inspector.

- Knowledge and understanding of pressure testing and flange management related to subsea structure fabrication.

- Experience with subsea structure, piping, connectors, and valves.

- Knowledge of various codes and standards.

- Previous experience on large similar projects.

- Able to read and understand fabrication drawings.

- Experience reviewing documentation / MRBs.
