DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our
Store Design & Construction Department
, supporting the design and execution of works related to BATA & AW LAB stores across Western Europe,



both retail and franchising.
The resource will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The role provides a well-rounded introduction to store development processes, combining design, coordination, and project management aspects.
KEY CHALLENGES:
Support in drafting and structuring projects in line with the BATA & AW LAB concepts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, corporate strategies, and evolving sales formats
Support in coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective monitoring of timelines, results, and follow-up actions
Support in updating technical drawings (e.g., layouts, store plans, electrical diagrams) using AutoCAD
Support in preparing and managing project technical and administrative documentation
Support during the initial and final testing phases of the stores before their opening, contributing to the verification of the effectiveness of the implemented solutions
