Business Development & Marketing Specialist In this role you join the Italian team to drive business development, marketing, and operational coordination for logistics real estate. You will nurture customer relationships, generate leads, and support leasing activities, working closely with cross?functional teams. You'll provide CRM, reporting, and budgeting support to boost commercial performance. You operate in an international, dynamic environment and contribute to occupancy growth and process efficiency. This is an engaging opportunity to shape growth in a focused, market?aware setting. * up to 30% target premio * Support business development by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and managing leasing and BTS pipelines through market analysis, networking, and lead generation * Contribute to commercial performance via lead qualification, proposal preparation, customer engagement, and coordination with leasing and asset management teams * Provide operational and reporting support across marketing and commercial activities,



including CRM management, KPI monitoring, budget tracking, pipeline reporting, and internal documentation * Collaborate cross?functionally with marketing, leasing, development, and asset management teams to enhance customer acquisition, occupancy performance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth * 3–5 years of experience in a Business Development & Marketing role within an international real estate investor, developer, or asset manager * Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market; exposure to logistics/industrial sector is a strong plus * Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across functions * Fluency in English and Italian * Proactive, hands?on and business?oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable in an international, dynamic environment #J-*****-Ljbffr
