In this role you will provide hands-on, on-site IT support to colleagues to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will work with Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and local infrastructure, resolving incidents and escalations as needed. You will collaborate with central IT teams and partners, and support manufacturing IT systems in an industrial setting. The position offers-site presence with some flexibility to work remotely where operationally feasible. You will contribute to a global IT environment and support Danfoss' mission of efficient and sustainable solutions.

Provide hands-on on-site IT support to ensure continuity of daily operations
Troubleshoot hardware, software,



and connectivity issues and restore productivity
Collaborate with central IT teams and external partners for fast resolution
Support manufacturing and production IT systems to maintain stability in an industrial environment
Solid experience in on-site IT support in corporate or industrial settings
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365
Understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, and local infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive service mindset
Good communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
Ability to work independently and manage local priorities
