Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and support Europe-wide engineering, construction and material handling projects for FedEx property and real estate initiatives. You will manage schedules, budgets and scoping, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites. You help optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid, multi-site position offers a chance to shape real estate development and logistics projects at a global logistics leader. Retribuzione / Benefits * Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe * Manage scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets for construction and material handling projects * Ensure contract compliance and manage invoicing and documentation across countries * Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across projects * Develop and manage capital and operating budgets in line with policy * Identify and mitigate project changes and risks with stakeholders * Promote continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives * Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders * Travel across Europe to construction sites and meetings (approx. 20% time) Responsabilità * Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field * 5–8 years of project management, real estate development, or facility engineering experienceExcellent communication, structured thinking, and fact-based approach * Fluency in English * Experience working with diverse teams across regions * Experience managing cross-functional projects with engineering, construction or logistics focus (Brownfield/Greenfield) * Strong budgeting, planning, and design project management skills * Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Requisiti fondamentali * Attractive compensation package * Training to get started and on-the-job learning * Extensive learning resources * Tuition Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * Employee reduced-rate shipping #J-*****-Ljbffr
