Experteer Overview As an Asset Compliance Specialist, you ensure compliant operation of renewable energy assets in the active phase, collaborating across technical, commercial and financial teams. You will monitor activities, manage third?party interactions, and uphold regulatory and contractual requirements to boost asset performance. You'll work with SPVs, O&M; providers and internal functions to sustain safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This role offers exposure to IFRS reporting, asset management, and cross?functional collaboration in a dynamic renewable energy environment. Retribuzione / Benefits * Maintain and update permits tracker, obligations register, and document archive for each asset to ensure compliance * Support SPV governance, community engagement, and project reporting with partners * Coordinate project onboarding and ownership of SharePoint repository and related reporting * Oversee OPEX control, budgeting,
and ensure adherence to company policies * Manage relationships with insurance brokers and oversee claims handling * Support service contracts and warranties in collaboration with COO functions * Assist Planning & Control with commercial asset management, invoicing, intercompany reconciliations, month-/year-end closings, accruals, and cash collection * Prepare and support IFRS-based quarterly reporting and statutory financial statements with local advisors * Assist external audits with documentation and operational support * Act as backup Asset Compliance Manager to ensure continuity Responsabilità * 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in renewables * Strong understanding of O&M; activities, QHSE duties, wind and PV * Knowledge of energy market dynamics and local regulatory framework * Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Advanced IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office * Solid accounting and IFRS knowledge; basic cash management familiarity is a plus * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proactive, detail-oriented approach * Team player capable of supporting senior professionals Requisiti fondamentali #J-*****-Ljbffr
