In this role you represent Chaumet in Rome, delivering the brand experience and contributing to boutique growth. You will engage clients with Chaumet's heritage and values, while actively supporting customer acquisition, loyalty, and events. You collaborate with the team to ensure smooth boutique operations, stock handling, CRM usage, and after-sales service. This position offers exposure to luxury retail with regular training and career development within Chaumet and the LVMH group. You will work in a cross-functional, customer-focused environment that values expertise, storytelling, and excellence.
