Then come join us!## Job Description### *Department: EMEA _**South Europe Sales Location:* *Italy (Field-based / Hybrid) Job type: Tempo pieno Reports to: Regional Sales Manager***About the Role**As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening retailer partnerships within your assigned region. You play a key role in growing market share by combining strong commercial execution with strategic business support for our retailer network.You act as the main point of contact for retailers, translating company strategy into local action, ensuring optimal product positioning, strong dealer performance, and long-term business growth.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage and develop relationships with retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships across Centre-South Italy area (Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia,
Sardegna)* Drive sales performance and market share growth within the assigned territory* Analyze market potential and identify opportunities to grow the business* Provide strategic business consulting to improve retailer sales and service capabilities* Actively sell and promote products, supporting assortment planning and in-store execution* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs* Use CRM systems to manage accounts, track performance, and maintain accurate data* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategy and initiatives* Ensure consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives across the territory**Required Skills & Experience*** Highly results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven* Structured, disciplined, and well-organized* Independent and comfortable working in a field-based role* High energy, motivated, and customer-focused* Proven sales experience with strong commercial acumen* Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively* Experience in field sales and business development* Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into plans and actions* Confident presentation and advisory capabilities* Even though you work independently, you are a team player who values collaboration and exchange within the company.**Additional requirements*** High willingness to travel within the territory (approx. 75%).* Based in Italy Centre/South* Italian Mothertongue/Fluent; English Fluent**What success looks like*** Strong growth in sales and market share within the territory* Retailers are engaged, well-supported, and performing at a high level* Effective execution of sales strategies and initiatives* Strong, long-term partnerships with key customers*If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!*
