Experteer Overview
As an Account Executive for Strategic Clients in Adobe’s Digital Experience team, you will own the executive relationship across Adobe’s solution portfolio for key financial services and insurance clients. You’ll shape account strategy, build the business case for the One Adobe vision, and steer renewal, expansion, and cross-sell initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align resources and drive long-term customer success and adoption. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines strategy, sales, and delivery at scale in Italy.

- Lead the customer relationship across all solution segments
- Develop account strategy with EAs and Account SCs to define technical vision and roadmap
- Create business cases to deliver One Adobe storyline aligned with a customer’s long-term strategy
- Own upsell and renewal,
identifying renewal risks and expansion opportunities
- Oversee cross-sell efforts with Marketing and manage full sales opportunity lifecycle
Responsabilità
- Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to strategic clients in Finance/Insurance; vertical expertise preferred
- Ability to articulate the xysqume value of Adobe products across solution segments
- Identify expansion or broader portfolio opportunities
- Strong project management to coordinate resources
- Use client health data to identify adoption issues and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to become a trusted advisor
- Fluency in Italian and English
