Key Responsibilities * Perform mechanical check out and commissioning for converting roll machines * Maintain and service customer production equipment according to Valmet service procedures and safety processes * Provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues during testing phase and related to processes, machinery or tools at customer's site or remotely * Carry out processes checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions to the customer * Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure and optimise equipment performance * Proactively evaluate and suggest spare parts or improvements to the customer for equipment update * Carry out training to the customer's site or in-house * Collaborate with the technical department for solve or improve technical solutions * Ensure the achievement of predefined objectives guaranteeing customer satisfaction within the agreed timeline Qualifications * Technical school diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar fields * 2-3 years of experience as Mechanical Technician in manufacturing industry, experience in converting industry is a plus * Proficiency with MS Office 365,
