Responsibilities * Source, select, and secure a suitable range of products for QVC that fits the target market * Negotiate the best possible prices and conditions * Work closely with the Planning team to review product performance, and to plan and grow the product range * Monitor inventory levels, taking accountability for the return-to-supplier process * Meet regularly with suppliers to review product performance Requirements * At least 2–3 years of experience as a home retail buyer * A degree in Economics or equivalent * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Expertise in home textiles is highly appreciated * Strong negotiation and sourcing skills * A proactive mindset,



strong personal accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully across teams * Fluency in English and Italian Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sourcing and negotiating product ranges for home retail, with a strong focus on inventory management and supplier collaboration.
