ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you drive contract and claim management for complex projects in a global mobility company.
You collaborate with project teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, manage variations and extensions, and maintain robust contract files.
You will guide commercial processes, ensure timely notices, and support decision-making with contractual analysis.
You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to protect company interests and enable project success on international programs.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop and implement the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan /liliLead Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) creation and maintenance /liliMonitor contract obligations and project schedules to meet milestones /liliIssue contractual notices to customers/partners in a timely manner /liliEstablish and enforce project-specific commercial procedures (correspondences, notices, insurance, changes) /liliManage and track claims, counterclaims,



variations, and extensions of time /liliProvide commercial advice and risk assessment on project issues /liliTrain stakeholders (PMs, finance, engineering, sourcing) in contract/claims management /liliCollaborate with Project Directors, Managers, Controllers, Sourcing Contract Managers and Planning Managers to mitigate risks and leverage claims opportunities /liliProvide clear contractual/commercial analysis on request and ensure robust file documentation /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliBachelor Degree /liliFluent English /liliMinimum 10 years of contract management experience /liliAbility to travel up to 20%–30% of the time /liliExperience with contract management processes and claim handling /liliKnowledge of CCIM or equivalent contract governance frameworks (preferred) /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
