ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you lead technical oversight for a portfolio of 50 shopping centres, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operation.
You drive maintenance planning, CapEx, and asset optimisation in collaboration with on?site teams and the Asset Management group.
You will manage a technically skilled team and coordinate with regulators, landlords, and facilities partners to safeguard asset value and performance.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional leadership position shaping technical standards and long?term investments.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee day?to?day technical management across 50 centres ensuring consistent quality /liliMonitor building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, lifts, etc.) /liliCoordinate with on?site managers and facility service providers /liliApprove routine and preventive maintenance plans; ensure quality and timeliness /liliPrioritise maintenance by risk, safety and budget; implement standard procedures /liliLead 24/7 on?call response for technical emergencies /liliPrepare and update 3? and 5?year CapEx plans for all centres /liliAssess obsolescence and prioritise interventions with technical and economic criteria /liliCollaborate with Asset Management and Landlords to validate CapEx plans /liliMonitor CapEx progress and report to stakeholders; assess energy efficiency opportunities (ESG)



/liliManage a team of 5 technical resources; set objectives and provide development support /liliEnsure regulatory compliance of building systems with relevant regulations; manage inspections /liliProduce periodic technical reports for Management and Landlords /liliContribute to annual technical budget and monitor variances /liliLiaise with Centre Management, ESG, HSSE, Leasing and Client Finance teams /liliSupport relationships with regulatory bodies and contractors /liliEngage in technical standardisation and reporting with EMEA Center of Excellence /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) /lili10 years of professional experience in facility/technical property management or related fields /liliProven track record managing complex real estate portfolios and multi?year CapEx planning /liliExperience managing technical teams and coordinating suppliers/contractors /liliFluent English (min B2) for stakeholder engagement /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliBase salary range 72,******,000 gross per annum (RAL) /liliComprehensive compensation package /liliDiscretionary performance?based bonuses /liliEquity in compensation policies /liliEqual opportunity employer /liliFlexible career progression opportunities /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
