Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity ManagementAs Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs.ResponsibilitiesContribute to develop and execute long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPIIntegrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectivesFor New Product Development, drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategyPartner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodityDevelop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic PartnershipNegotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needsDevelop Procurement initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC Procurement and cash flow improvement (e.G. rebate, payment terms)Leverage S&OP; data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goalsQualificationsHave a Bachelor's/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity management1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain is preferredBe fluent in English and Italian,
