ppbJob Description: /b /p pDXC Technology is looking for a bDatabricks Expert /b to autonomously manage the design, implementation and maintenance of data pipelines, acting as a direct point of reference for internal stakeholders on Databricks-based solutions.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAutonomously manage the design and implementation of data pipelines using Databricks, from requirements to delivery.
/li liWork with multiple data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
/li liIntegrate Databricks with other tools and services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Tableau, and various databases).
/li liManage data storage and lifecycle across Databricks workspaces.
/li liDiagnose and resolve issues within Databricks environments and workflows.
/li liMaintain direct relationship with internal stakeholders/teams for requirements gathering and solution validation.
/li liContribute to maintaining data engineering methodologies and standards within the team.
/li liMaintain clear documentation of data pipelines, processes, and workflows for internal use and compliance.
/li /ul h3Requirement /h3 ul liProfessional experience using data analytics solutions based on Databricks.
/li liKnowledge of at least one of the following data integration services: Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google DataPrep.
/li liStrong foundation in data engineering concepts, proficiency in programming (especially Python, Scala).
/li liGood understanding of cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
/li liProblem-solving skills and ability to work with operational autonomy.
