Experteer Overview

In this role you drive ethical, legal, and transparent practices across Kering’s luxury supply chain. You will perform supplier audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with the Kering Code of Ethics, collaborating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams. You’ll support both Italian and international audits, review corrective actions, and help shape risk‑based improvements through data analysis. This opportunity lets you influence sustainability and governance at a world‑leading luxury group.

Responsibilities

- Conduct supplier audits to assess legal and ethical compliance
- Document irregularities and communicate audit results to suppliers
- Manage audit documentation and report preparation
- Evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers




- Support external audit team with technical review and final audit reports
- Identify and report potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow‑up
- Use statistical tools to analyze risk patterns and trends in data sets
- Coordinate audits in Italy and occasionally abroad

Responsabilità
- Master xysqume in Engineering
- Experience conducting social or environmental audits
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 and Italian Labor Law and Health & Safety legislation
- Analytical problem solver and team player
- Microsoft Office expert
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Fluent Italian and English; Chinese a plus
