We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Contract Coordinator to support our growing team. Duties & Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio.

- Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email.

- Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

- Submit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.

- Maintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.

- Analyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.

- Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions.





- Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.

- Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes.

- Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed.

Summary Of Qualifications

- Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Results-orientated with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
