Responsibilities
- Qualify and close new business opportunities to fuel regional growth
- Understand prospect needs and articulate Docebo value with impact
- Guide prospects through technical scenarios (SSO, APIs, AWS hosting) and simplify complexity




- Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing to optimize lead qualification
- Develop robust, trust‑based relationships with key clients for expansion opportunities
- Manage the pipeline in CRM and leverage data‑driven insights for decisions
- Operate with agility in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Qualifications
- 7+ years of SaaS sales xysqume in a revenue‑focused role
- Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
- Comfort with technical deep dives (integrations, security, cloud infra)
- Strong drive to exceed revenue targets
- Trusted advisor with internal collaboration and executive influence
- Data‑driven decision maker leveraging research and databases
- Proactive problem solver with organizational and adaptability skills
