As a Mechanical R&D; Engineer, you design and validate electrical systems and project-based solutions. You apply advanced modeling to optimize welded, bolted, and riveted joints, aiming for high reliability within railway norms. You’ll drive technological innovation and maintain a robust design database. You work across mechanical and electrical domains to ensure top-tier product quality. - Design and build electrical system/products and project-based solutions
- Conduct finite element analyses to optimize design, especially joints, fatigue, and safety factors per railway norms
- Drive technology innovations and ensure high product reliability
- Maintain and update design database to trace and reproduce correct apparatuses
- Maintain high technological standard in mechanical and electrical products




- Validate all mechanical and electrical designs for the group

Responsabilità
- Master in Mechanical Engineering with FE simulation experience
- Electrical AC/DC knowledge strongly preferred
- Development or technical design experience on mechanical or electro‑mechanical devices is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
- Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, etc.)
- Railway rolling stock industry xysqume knowledge and international standards is a plus
- Experience with MSC.Nastran/Apex/Patran is advantageous
- Experience with welded joint and fatigue analysis is advantageous
- English fluency for written client reports; French beneficial
