Experteer Overview As Global Indirect Purchasing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for indirect spend across the group, shaping category approaches and driving cost reductions. You will guide a global, multicultural procurement team and work with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve supplier performance. Your role combines strategic sourcing, negotiation, and change management to deliver tangible savings and scalable supplier relationships. This position offers impact across marketing, logistics, IT, and other indirect categories within a dynamic, matrix-driven organization. Retribuzione / Benefits * Spearhead sourcing of indirect category portfolios (marketing, logistics, IT, industrial equipment, general services)



* Lead and manage the indirect global team across Europe and Asia * Establish and maintain supplier relationships and conduct periodic business reviews * Collaborate with internal groups to align on procurement goals and processes * Prepare spend analyses, supplier bases, and cost models * Manage complex sourcing projects from concept to implementation, including change management Responsabilità * Eight to ten years of indirect sourcing experience, especially in marketing * Proven ability to manage global, multicultural teams * Experience across multiple companies and contexts in purchasing * Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills * Proven process improvement and reorganizational capabilities * Track record of meeting project milestones and multitasking #J-*****-Ljbffr
