Responsibilities * Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes. * Design and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems. * Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions. * Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability, and operational efficiency. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative engineering solutions. Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics * At least five to seven years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector. * Similar role means an experience in process automation. * English Proficiency * Good communication, negotiation and team working skills. * Ability to understand the context of the work environment * Management of inter-departmental and multicultural relations. * Ability to identify potential problems, and propose solutions.
* Availability to travel.
