Junior Analyst
Full?time position in the Service Line Consulting. Designed for locations in Milan, Rome or Termoli.Responsibilities
Support operational project activities, focusing on Operational Excellence and Lean Transformation initiatives, preparing deliverables.
Collect, process and analyse data required for project activities.
Assist in client interactions on technical and organisational aspects, participating in project meetings and coordination activities.
Help produce sector studies, benchmark and market analyses to support business development.
Collect and analyse potential client requirements.
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering or related discipline, or in progress.
Interest in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPS and WCM.
Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to support project activities and decision processes.
Strong process?analysis skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
Good organisational,



problem?solving skills and attention to detail.
Team spirit and good communication with colleagues and diverse stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data?Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
Knowledge of Process Modeling and Process Management tools such as Bizagi, Aris or Mega.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma certifications (Yellow Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt).
Academic, project or internship experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or Business Analysis.
