Experteer Overview
In this role you drive water treatment projects for industrial customers, from pretreatment to reuse/recycling, supporting the sales team and leading project delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders across sales, customers, and suppliers while steering technical, commercial, and contractual negotiations. This position combines engineering know‑how with strong leadership in a dynamic, international environment. Your work helps protect resources and enable sustainable water solutions at scale.

- Analyze customer requests to define solutions for pretreatment, post-treatment and reuse/recycling
- Define treatment lines, sizing and costing, and contribute to pilot tests at customer sites
- Support Sales Teams with technical, commercial and contractual inputs
- Lead negotiations until order receipt and manage project execution from order to start-up and hand-over
- Coordinate with Sales, customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams as project leader
- Contribute to service development by tooling and margin optimization
- Track project time and cost using up-to-date dashboards
Responsabilità
- Engineering education with focus on water treatement, chemistry, mechanical or hydraulics, and 5+ years of reuse/recycle/wastewater experience
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and water-related systems
- Experience in water reuse/recycle, wastewater treatment, and water pretreatment installations
- Solid project management capability
- Excellent communication with diverse xysqume stakeholders
- Customer-oriented, open-minded and eager to learn
- Mechanical and electrical know‑how, instrumentation and automation
- AutoCAD and Visio knowledge is a plus
- Office literacy
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
- Valid driving license for Italy/Europe
