Experteer OverviewAs PMO Leader, you will establish and advance project management standards across the organization, ensuring consistent delivery on time and within budget. You will lead the PMO team, guide project managers, and report performance to senior leaders, while identifying risks and promoting continuous improvement. You will partner with stakeholders to align projects with strategic goals and drive value delivery. This role offers influence over governance, training, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilità
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills xysqume
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Change management experience is a plus
