Overview

Experteer Overview As a Controls Lead Engineer, you will oversee all engineering activities for Controls Hardware and Software to ensure on-time, within-scope, quality-focused project delivery and budget adherence. You will own planning, risk management, and act as primary controls engineering contact across project teams, clients, and suppliers. You’ll guide cross-functional engineering efforts from sales through handover, driving Lean improvements and ensuring safety and quality standards. This role offers impact through shaping control systems for industrial automation and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead and allocate tasks for Controls Engineering teams and report on progress
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget while ensuring cost control
- Serve as primary controls engineering point of contact for PM, site manager, procurement, manufacturing, and client teams
- Prepare and update project status reports, risk logs, and variation requests
- Ensure all quality gates, installation checklists, and safety audits are completed on time
- Guarantee BOM accuracy and timely procurement, cabinet manufacturing,



and electrical installation tenders
- Review and approve specifications for purchases and ensure on-site documentation quality
- Oversee design risk assessment and safety validations; deliver emulation model transmittals and commissioning plans
- Support sales during the bid phase with technical input and skill-set estimates
- Ensure complete project documentation and customer training materials are prepared and delivered

Responsabilità
- Degree level of understanding in a technical Engineering discipline xysqume
- 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial automation
- Experience leading project teams on complex projects
- Good understanding of project plans, execution, and handover processes
- Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings and ISO standards in automated warehouses
- Travel approx. 50% within EMEA
- Excellent communication and English skills
