Experteer Overview

You will own and grow strategic OEM accounts in Italy, leveraging Angst+Pfister’s engineering capabilities to win multi‑year projects. You’ll develop a strong pipeline, pursue new high‑potential opportunities, and align sealing solutions with customer needs. In this role you will collaborate across engineering and management to deliver tailored, high‑impact solutions. This is a high‑visibility, growth‑focused role with direct influence on our Italian market expansion.

- Foster long‑term relationships through regular visits, structured account management, and proactive issue resolution in coordination with internal teams

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a track record of growth and complex projects

- Strong technical expertise in sealing technologies and proven profitable growth in Italy
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management)
- Proven ability to build trust, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution‑driven business
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results‑driven, accountable
- Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English
