Join Renesas Power Product Group as a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to shape power management ICs for leading HPC platforms. You will own transistor-level design, verification, and validation across the full lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure performance, area, and reliability. Your work will touch multiple topologies, from spec to datasheet, influencing product quality and optimization. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Perform transistor‑level design of mixed‑signal power management blocks
- Evaluate tradeoffs among different circuit topologies for performance and area
- Oversee Layout Engineers to ensure design integrity
- Write design review documentation and verification/validation plans
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback for quality and compliance
- Participate in test specification development and support Test Engineers
- Support Validation Engineer during lab debugging and datasheet compliance testing

Responsabilità
- BSc with 5+ years, MSc with 3+ years, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of CMOS and bipolar transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors, inductors
- Knowledge of basic circuit blocks (V/ I references, current mirrors, amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, clocking circuits, digital gates)
- Knowledge of feedback control theory and systems
- Knowledge of low‑voltage (1V-5V) and high‑voltage (12V-100V) BCD technologies
- Knowledge xysqume of design/analysis techniques for analog blocks (corner and Monte Carlo)
- Familiarity with Cadence tools
- Familiarity with switch‑mode and linear regulator topologies
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment
- Good communication and English skills
