The Compliance Assistant is responsible for identifying potential compliance risks in business activities and providing professional compliance support and recommendations.
This role supports the company’s compliance management and risk control activities through participation in contract compliance reviews, sales project compliance assessments, compliance inspections, training and awareness programs, and daily compliance operations. The position requires strong legal and compliance awareness, solid risk assessment capability, effective communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
Main Responsibilities

- Conduct compliance reviews of contractual terms and business arrangements, identify potential compliance risks, and provide professional review comments.
- Conduct compliance assessments for sales projects, identify potential risks related to bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, improper business conduct, and other significant compliance risks.
- Support compliance inspections and risk assessments, and assist in identifying control weaknesses and compliance gaps.
- Assist in developing compliance training materials, case studies, and compliance drill programs, and support the organization and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs.
- Assist in organizing responses to external inquiries and provide support for handling compliance incidents.
- Assist in maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and management documentation, support the organization of regular compliance meetings, and track follow‑up actions and pending issues.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, internal control, audit, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of compliance risk management and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of compliance areas including anti‑bribery and corruption, competition law, financial compliance, trade compliance, and third‑party compliance management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and execution capability.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Chinese is a plus.

Employment will be under the Italian CCNL Telecommunications collective agreement, level up to 7 (up to area D, according to the new classification system introduced by the same CCNL). The compensation package can be up to €60,000 gross per year, plus a performance‑based premio up to 2 additional monthly salary.
