In this role you own the onboard Property Management System (PMS) end to end, shaping its vision and ensuring it supports ship operations and guest experience. Responsabilità
- Solid experience in IT Product Management or Senior IT Project Management, preferably on mission‑critical systems
- Ability to bridge business and technology with strong analysis mindset
- Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams
- Hands‑on involvement in solution xysqume validation, functional testing, and UAT
- Comfort working in international, complex operational environments and fluent in English
- Availability for onboarding activities to analyze and validate requirements
- Experience with PMS, hospitality or onboard systems is a strong plus
