Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive the digital transformation of R&D; by aligning processes, data and technology. You act as a strategic connector across functions to design and implement end-to-end, data-driven processes enabled by platforms like Veeva Vault. You will influence enterprise transformation programs and ensure compliant, scalable solutions. You will shape adoption of innovative technologies and lead cross-functional change efforts with a focus on impact and speed to value.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead design and reengineering of end-to-end R&D; processes aligned with digital strategy and data architecture
- Translate business needs into functional requirements (URS, user stories) and guide solution design with IT
- Oversee functional design of digital solutions (Veeva Vault ecosystem) ensuring process-data-system alignment
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs, ensuring cross-domain consistency
- Define and implement performance frameworks to measure impact of transformations
- Support selection and adoption of innovative digital technologies for scalable integration
- Drive change management and adoption initiatives for long-term value realization
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across R&D;, IT, Quality, and affiliates




- Ensure GxP and regulatory compliance across initiatives

Responsabilità
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience in process mapping, optimization, and end-to-end workflow design
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D; processes (clinical, regulatory, or related)
- Experience with digital platforms supporting R&D; and translating business needs to IT requirements
- Understanding of data flows and system integrations in digital ecosystemsAwareness of AI and data-driven technologies with use cases for xysqume R&D;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes or systems
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation
