Key Responsibilities Include: * Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email. * Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions. * Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments. * Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail. In this position,



you'll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
