Experteer Overview In this role you drive digital transformation for leading insurers by shaping modern IT architectures and governance for core functions. You will define transformation roadmaps, target architectures, and promote cloud, API-first, and microservices paradigms. You collaborate with executives to align business and technology, run workshops, translate requirements into strategic initiatives, and draft guiding documentation. You help manage complex programs and ensure delivery with cross?functional teams, focusing on measurable business value.
