the leading digital, multi-brand luxury group.YOOX are now seeking a talented **Cost Controller** to join the team.Some of the essentials for you to know are:**Location:** Our offices in Interporto (Bentivoglio, Bologna), Italy**Department:** Finance**Reporting into:** Head of Cost Controlling YOOX**Working Model**: Hybrid**Contract Type:** Permanent**Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:*** Support the company's cost control strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives;
* Manage and/or support the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning related to operating and manufacturing costs;
* Oversee the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of SOX documentation;
* Lead monthly cost analysis activities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners;
* Proactively identify, assess, and recommend value-added opportunities to business partners;
* Provide in-depth analysis of variances versus Budget and Prior Year;
* Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management;




* Perform ad hoc financial analyses for internal stakeholders and develop business cases across multiple business areas;
* Ensure compliance withaccounting standards and internal financial policies;
* Support internal and external audit activities;
* Maintain a robust internal control framework within the cost controlling function.**The type of person we are looking for:*** Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines;
* At least 2 years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling roles, preferably within structured or multinational environments;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables;
* Knowledge of MicrosoftNavision and Power BI is considered a plus;
* Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
* Strong numerical mindset with a solid analytical orientation;
* High level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail;
* Familiarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks;
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders;
* Team-oriented mindset paired with the ability to manage assigned activities independently;
* Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines;
