At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for aSenior Manager - Strategy & Innovationto join a strategic growth and innovation team based inBarcelona.
Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.
What will your main responsibilities be?
LeadCxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
Developstrategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
Advise and influencesenior executives and key stakeholdersacross different business units and regions.
Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.
What will you need?
At least5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
Experience within aTier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
Previous experience as anEngagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposalsfrom a blank page.
Experience creating and presentingCxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Excellent written and spokenEnglish.
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.

Freelance collaboration
Freelance rate of up to €700 per day, depending on the experience provided.
Long-term strategic project within an international organisation.
Possibility of joining the client's internal team after the initial collaboration period.

Permanent contract through Oxigent Technologies.
Salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.
