We are seeking Network Technicians to deliver onsite IT and network support services at the locations of a leading international retail client.This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, with assignments offered based on your location and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver onsite IT and network support at customer locations.Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity-related issues.Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT hardware.Carry out hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.Complete service reports and update support tickets following each onsite visit.Work closely with remote support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.Hands-on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba,



Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.LGood command of English (mandatory).
