In this role you will drive successful PLM deployments for Siemens' Professional Services in Italy, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and contract obligations. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into actionable designs, specifications, and production-ready deployments. You'll validate solutions, support delivery progress, and contribute to a collaborative project environment. This is a hands?on, impact?driven role at a leading PLM software provider with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing training.

Collaborate with customers to analyze and specify project requirements
Draft technical specifications and translate requirements into actionable documentation
Design and deploy robust solutions based on Siemens Industry Software products




Contribute to validation and ongoing support of implemented solutions
Coordinate with project managers to align with project goals and track delivery progress
Assist with work?package estimation, scheduling, and effort planning
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Produce and manage internal and client?facing documentation
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background
Solid understanding of web markup (HTML5, CSS3)
Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
Excellent problem?solving and analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills and teamwork mindset
Italian native speaker with fluent English
Driving license and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided)
