Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end operations planning to align engineering, production, supply chain, and finance. You drive project execution from order intake to delivery, safeguarding on-time performance and financial impact. You coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage capacity and inventory strategies, and support WIP optimization. You directly influence delivery efficiency and overall business results through proactive planning and execution. Benefits * Lead the operations planning process and cross-functional review meetings to align stakeholders * Develop rough-cut and detailed capacity plans, identify constraints, and implement bottleneck solutions * Analyze workload and capacity to optimize resource utilization and feasibility * Manage WIP and inventory levels, identify optimization opportunities, support working capital improvements * Monitor adherence to production plans, identify root causes of deviations,



and implement corrective actions * Contribute to financial performance through planning decisions and inventory control (ROK, AIM) * Coordinate with material planning and provide guidance as backup when required Responsibilities * Bachelor in Management Engineering * Master's degree a plus * 3+ years in operations planning in complex environments * Fluent in Italian and English * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization with Power BI preferred * Experience with SAP and planning tools; ERP/MRP experience * Proven ability to manage end-to-end planning from order intake to delivery * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Additional Benefits * Flexible working hours * Hybrid work options * Wellbeing support for employees and families * Welfare plan with personalized services * Canteen or meal vouchers #J-*****-Ljbffr
