Overview Category Platform Data Analyst: you enable data-driven decisions for Category Platforms (Leather Goods, RTW, Shoes, Tannery, Metal Hardware). You'll ensure data reliability, deliver robust analyses, and provide performance insights to platform leadership. You act as the data backbone for capacity, volume allocation, and supplier performance discussions within a multi-brand, matrix organization. This is a transformation-facing role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-brand challenges. Responsibilities * Collect, consolidate and maintain Brand data inputs (volume requirements, allocations, reallocations, capacity) * Ensure data accuracy and transparency across Brands and Categories * Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization, highlight risks and deviations * Report capacity deviations to Mutualized Production Assets Lead * Provide analytical views and scenario simulations for platform discussions * Analyze supplier performance data against key KPIs for monitoring * Develop, maintain and improve platform dashboards and KPI reporting (Power BI, Excel)



* Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for Platform governance * Support PMO and procurement leads with structured data and insights * Contribute to standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models * Support continuous improvement for data quality, transparency, and analytics * Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex data * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; robust dashboards/reports * Experience with recurring data cycles (monthly allocation, capacity monitoring) * Fluency in Italian and English; French a plus Qualifications * Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or related fields * Experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, consulting, or similar environments * Ability to translate data into business insights for senior stakeholders * Detail-oriented, structured, reliable, with data discipline * Proactive and collaborative in a multi-brand, matrix setup Benefits and Requirements * National collective labour agreement (CCNL) for Italian industry workers * Premio opportunity according to internal agreement * Company canteen and welfare initiatives * Additional benefits per policy * Opportunities for professional development * Equal opportunity employer #J-*****-Ljbffr
