Experteer Overview As Sr Manager, Finance, you help align commercial initiatives across the Drug Product Division and global Sterile network. You will provide financial oversight, standardize methodologies, and drive investment and capacity models to improve asset utilization. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support business development and M&A; activities, and coordinate multi-site project framing with the Legal team. This role offers visibility to executives and the opportunity to shape financial strategy in a global manufacturing environment. You will work closely with leadership to enable informed decisions and sustain growth in a mission-driven organization. Responsibilities * Drive strategic alignment and operational tracking of commercial initiatives across business units * Partner with cross-functional teams to improve asset utilization and model new investment opportunities * Provide financial oversight and promote standard methodologies to enhance STL network performance * Coordinate finance steering during business development initiatives (internal markets/technologies and external M&A;,
3rd party) * Harmonize deal modeling and quotation activities for business development * Collaborate with Legal to support contract framing for multi-site STL projects * Support standard operating cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews, AOP, long-term outlook) and own streams such as portfolio projections and sales targets * Develop new systems to improve analytical capabilities * Collaborate with Divisional Supply Chain leader to refine capacity utilization models Requirements * Bachelor in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) * 10+ years of relevant finance experience * Strong analytical skills and excellent communication * Proven history of cross-functional teamwork * Ability to lead multiple assignments, exercise good judgement, and prioritize time * Leadership, initiative, and ability to present to an executive audience * Adherence to Thermo Fisher 4-I values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement * Travel up to 15% #J-*****-Ljbffr
