Overview In this field?based role, you drive sustainable sales growth for key customers across Rome and Lazio, aligning commercial efforts with brand strategies. You'll manage sell?in and sell?out, optimize category mix, and build strong customer partnerships to lift profitability and market share. Your impact comes from executing commercial plans, promotions, and in?store activation, supported by cross?functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to influence category growth within a dynamic, performance?driven sales environment. Job Responsibilities * Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs through effective customer management and commercial agreements * Negotiate, implement and monitor agreements to sustain growth and customer satisfaction * Develop and execute customer business plans to optimize category and portfolio mix * Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to implement category strategies and customer plans * Develop and monitor promotional plans aligned with company objectives and customer needs * Identify opportunities to accelerate category growth using market analysis and customer insights * Conduct store checks to assess availability, promotions, and shopper behaviour and provide actionable recommendations * Support cross?functional execution to improve in?store performance and sell?out Qualifications * Bachelor in Business Administration * 4–5 years of FMCG sales experience managing key customers and driving commercial performance * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) * Strong relationship?building and stakeholder management skills * Results?oriented with high accountability, ownership and autonomy * Dynamic, proactive, energetic mindset with a customer?centric approach * Strong analytical, problem?solving and decision?making skills Benefits * Parental benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Life insurance for all employees * Global share plans * Short?term incentives * Pay?for?performance #J-*****-Ljbffr
