You will be based in local office, with regular travel within the responsible market and to HQ in Switzerland.
/liliLocalize campaign materials /liliImplementation of media Planning including Digital /liliLocal evidence development (publications, speakers) /liliLocal Congress + exhibitions /liliOPEX Budget Management /liliProactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for NPD and global strategy development; /liliUse analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan; /liliBuild KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) to support execution of the plan; /liliDrive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary country leadership team to drive and execute the marketing plan.
/liliIdentify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan /liliKey stakeholder in country leadership team to lead the country marketing plan; /liliDevelopment of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans; /liliTranslate and support of development of marketing campaigns to support product launches with regional brand managers (sales material, educational content, clinical support,

online communication); /liliCountry Market analysis to support ROI expecations; /liliDeveloping and maintaining relationships with country speakers, customers and universities; /liliCross functional coordination with Sales and finance teams to support business growth; /liliEstablishing close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams; /liliTrain and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral.
/liliUtilise digital communication platforms to deliver plan /li /ulh3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3ulliBachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
/liliIdeally at least 5 years of proven work experience in marketing at country level.
/liliIndustry background in the medical device field.
/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills.
Native local language and fluent English /liliPreferably sales experience in medical devices /liliStrategic Thinker /liliHighly Organized /liliAction Oriented /liliTakes initiative / proactive /liliStrong communication and presentation skills /liliResults oriented /liliStrong time management skills /liliDisplay a strong sense of urgency /liliExpert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills /liliAbility to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.
