/li liAct as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
/li liEnsure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Economics Management, Law or related field.
/li liMinimum 2 years of Experience in Talent Management, Learning Development, or Human Resources.
/li liSolid stakeholder management, communication,



and influencing skills /li liProven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
